Razor requires Microsoft's .NET Framework in order to run. You can download it at Microsoft.com or though Microsoft's Windows Update website.

Razor (Latest Version) - All-in-one installer of the latest version of Razor.

Razor (Version 1.0.0) - This is an old version of Razor which is not compatible with newer client versions. This version should only be used by people using utilities (such as UOGateway) which are no longer updated for the latest version of the UO client. THIS VERSION WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
